Leave or delete a jaunt
You can leave any jaunt you’re in. What happens next depends on whether you’re the owner, and whether anyone else is in it.
Leave a jaunt
Section titled “Leave a jaunt”- Open the jaunt and go to Who.
- Tap the pencil next to your name.
- Tap Leave.
- Jaunt asks you to confirm. Tap OK.
You lose access to the jaunt, and any votes you cast are removed. To come back, someone in the jaunt has to invite you again.
If you’re the owner
Section titled “If you’re the owner”You can still leave. The jaunt passes to someone else automatically:

Only people who’ve joined can become the owner, not people who are still invited. There’s no way to pick the new owner yourself.
If you’re the only one in it
Section titled “If you’re the only one in it”There’s no one to hand it to, so leaving deletes the jaunt and everything in it. Jaunt warns you first:
Leave this jaunt? You’re the only one in it, so leaving will delete it and everything in it. It can’t be undone.
Delete a jaunt
Section titled “Delete a jaunt”Only the owner can delete a jaunt.
- Open the jaunt.
- Tap the pencil next to its name.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete jaunt.
- Confirm.
This removes the jaunt and everything in it, for everyone. It can’t be undone.
